Meet the following requirements
For 300MW, 600MW, 1000MW boiler water wall φ31.8 ~ φ114 pipe cold bending. Common pipe materials: 20G, SA-210C, 12Cr1MoVG, 15CrMoG, SA-213T2, SA-213T12, SA-213T91, stainless steel, etc., the pipe length L≤13.5m, the relative wall thickness of the pipe > 0.08, the relative bending radius ≥1.4, There is no straight section between the two elbows or the minimum straight section size ≈80mm.
