The TNC bending machine from King-Mazon is a high-performance stretch bending machine that accurately and repeatedly produces pipe fittings according to current industry requirements. Efficient and economical pipe bending equipment controlled by man-machine interface and PLC program. Bending Angle, compensation Angle, auxiliary shaft movement time, etc. are digitally set and controlled by man-machine dialogue. If the manual feeder is installed, the bending process of three-dimensional pipe fittings can be completed with one clamping. This machine is usually used in flat or simple 3D pipe fitting bending machining. One clamping automatically completes the bending processing of a bending radius and a bend, which is a large number of equipment selected for ordinary pipe fitting bending processing. The machine is a stable, reliable, cost-effective bending equipment. Mainly used in aerospace, ships, petrochemical, electric power, natural gas, nuclear industry, boilers, vehicles, fitness equipment, sporting goods and other pipe fittings cold bending processing. At present, the outer diameter of ****** curved pipe of this series is 325mm.
Main feature
1. Hydraulic surface semi-automatic pipe bending machine, can be very fast to complete a plane bend processing.
2. By manual transposition and other auxiliary methods, three-dimensional pipe fittings can also be bent.
3. Movable trolley device, can easily bend high-quality 3D pipe fittings (suitable for models below 120).
4. The number of die layers is one layer, and one clamp automatically completes one elbow processing.
5. The crankshaft, main clamp, auxiliary clamp, auxiliary push, mandrel, etc. are driven by oil cylinder.
6. There are automatic hydraulic auxiliary push and automatic hydraulic mandrel functions.
7. The core rod has the function of early core withdrawal.
8. The auxiliary push has the function of simultaneous movement with bending.
9. The usual bending radius of the pipe should be 1.5D-5D, which can be increased as needed.
10. Can bend carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other materials, solid or hollow can be processed.
11. The actual bending radius is determined by the mold selected by the customer.
12. The machine needs to install a mold to bend the pipe fittings.
13. Changing the mold can achieve bending square, rectangular, L, C, H, special-shaped profiles.
14. The standard models are equipped with mechanical support devices and mechanical length positioning devices.
15. Standard models operate in Chinese and English, with more language options.
16. Input processing data, the system will automatically check and warn the error situation.
17. The bending control program is saved in the control system and can be called at any time.
18. The standard control system can store 500 sets of pipe fitting data (can be expanded).
19. Touch screen and PLC program control.
20. Bending Angle digital setting and digital control function.
21. Separate foot control switch for remote operation.
22. The password protection function can be set to prevent unauthorized personnel from modifying the processing program and operating the machine.
23. A pipe fitting can be set up to 9 different bending angles.
24. Real-time display of the required processing quantity and the completed processing quantity.
25. With manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic operation function.
26. The hydraulic oil cooling system of the standard model is water-cooled, and the user can choose air cooling.
27. Optional bend speed adjustment function.
