King-Mazon PLC pipe bender is a stretch bending equipment. It is a kind of economy-type pipe bending equipment controlled by advanced PLC program technology. This machine is usually used in flat or simple 3D pipe fitting bending machining. One clamping automatically completes the bending processing of a bending radius and a bend, which is a large number of equipment selected for ordinary pipe fitting bending processing. If the manual feeder is installed, the bending process of three-dimensional pipe fittings can be completed with one clamping. The machine is a stable, reliable, cost-effective bending equipment. It is widely used in the manufacturing industry. The current ****** bending pipe outer warp specification is 325mm.
Main Feature
1. Control the movement of the machine through PLC and switch button.
2. Hydraulic surface semi-automatic pipe bending machine can quickly complete the processing of a surface bend.
3. Through manual transposition and other auxiliary methods, three-dimensional pipe fittings can also be bent.
4. Can move the trolley device, can easily bend high-quality three-dimensional pipe fittings (suitable for models below 75mm).
5. The number of die layers is one layer, and one clamp automatically completes one elbow processing.
6. The crankshaft, main clamp, auxiliary clamp, auxiliary push, mandrel, etc. are driven by oil cylinder.
7. Automatic hydraulic auxiliary push and automatic hydraulic mandrel function.
8. The mandrel has the function of early withdrawal.
9. Auxiliary push has the function of simultaneous movement with bending.
10. The usual bending radius should be one to five times the outer diameter of the pipe fittings, which can be increased as needed.
11. Can bend carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other materials, solid or hollow can be processed.
12. The actual bending radius is determined by the mold selected by the customer.
13. The machine needs to install mold to realize bending processing of pipe fittings.
14. Changing the mold can achieve bending square, rectangular, H-type, C-type, H-type, special-shaped profiles.
15. The standard model is equipped with mechanical supporting device and mechanical length positioning device.
16. The standard model is operated in Chinese and English, and more language operation functions can be selected.
17. Input processing data, the system will automatically check and warn the error situation.
18. The bending control program is saved in the control system and can be called at any time.
19. Separate foot control switch, respectively remote operation.
20. Password protection function can be set to prevent unauthorized personnel from modifying the processing program and operating the machine.
21. A pipe fitting can be set up to 2 different bending angles.
22. Real-time display of the required processing quantity and the completed processing quantity.
23. With manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic operation function.
24. The hydraulic oil cooling system of the standard model is water-cooled, and the user can choose air cooling.
25. Optional bending speed adjustment function.
26. Optional special functions such as lengthening the core length or expanding the bending radius.
